When using the messaging within the platform, when I contact a party, how long does it take for it to reach the contact person?

Instantaneously.

1. On the dashboard, a notification of a new message will immediately be present
2. On the profile picture in the upper right hand corner, a badge will show signifying a new message
3. We email it to the contact person immediately and the contact person receives it immediately as long as the email doesn't bounce or end up in their spam folder or the contact person hasn't checked their email. (Note - this is only for new messages)
